By accessing or using the MirAI service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

We are constantly updating our Service. We may change or discontinue the Service, or any feature of the Service, at any time and without prior notice.
3. Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service.
- Content Ownership: You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service.
- License: By posting Content to the Service, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, modify, display, distribute, and reproduce such Content in connection with the Service.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful activity or activity prohibited by these Terms.

The developer does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, revenue, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any failure, interruption, or unavailability of third-party services; (iii) any content or conduct of any third-party on the Service.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Miscellaneous
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms & Conditions on this page. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

1. Penerimaan Ketentuan
Dengan mengakses atau menggunakan layanan MirAI (selanjutnya disebut "Layanan"), Anda setuju untuk terikat oleh Syarat & Ketentuan ini ("Ketentuan"). Jika Anda tidak setuju dengan bagian mana pun dari ketentuan, Anda tidak boleh mengakses Layanan.
2. Perubahan pada Layanan
Kami terus memperbarui Layanan kami. Kami dapat mengubah atau menghentikan Layanan, atau fitur apa pun dari Layanan, kapan saja dan tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya.
3. Konten
Layanan kami memungkinkan Anda untuk memposting, menautkan, menyimpan, membagikan, dan menyediakan informasi, teks, grafik, video, atau materi lainnya ("Konten"). Anda bertanggung jawab atas Konten yang Anda posting di atau melalui Layanan.
- Kepemilikan Konten: Anda mempertahankan hak dan kendali atas Konten apa pun yang Anda kirimkan, posting, atau tampilkan di atau melalui Layanan.
- Lisensi: Dengan memposting Konten ke Layanan, Anda memberikan kami lisensi bebas royalti, di seluruh dunia, non-eksklusif untuk menggunakan, memodifikasi, menampilkan, mendistribusikan, dan mereproduksi Konten tersebut dalam kaitannya dengan Layanan.

9. Pengakhiran
Kami dapat mengakhiri atau menangguhkan akses Anda ke Layanan kami segera, tanpa pemberitahuan atau tanggung jawab sebelumnya, atas alasan apa pun, termasuk tanpa batasan jika Anda melanggar Ketentuan. Semua ketentuan Ketentuan yang menurut sifatnya harus tetap berlaku setelah pengakhiran akan tetap berlaku setelah pengakhiran, termasuk, tanpa batasan, ketentuan kepemilikan, penolakan jaminan, ganti rugi, dan batasan tanggung jawab.
10. Hukum yang Mengatur
Ketentuan ini akan diatur dan ditafsirkan sesuai dengan hukum yang berlaku di Republik Indonesia, tanpa memperhatikan pertentangan ketentuan hukum.
11. Lain-lain
- Keterpisahan (Severability): Jika ada ketentuan dari Ketentuan ini yang dianggap tidak sah atau tidak dapat dilaksanakan oleh pengadilan, ketentuan lainnya dari Ketentuan ini akan tetap berlaku.
- Keseluruhan Perjanjian (Entire Agreement): Ketentuan ini merupakan keseluruhan perjanjian antara kita mengenai Layanan kami, dan menggantikan serta menggantikan perjanjian sebelumnya yang mungkin kita miliki mengenai Layanan.
12. Perubahan pada Ketentuan
Kami berhak, atas kebijakan kami sendiri, untuk mengubah atau mengganti Ketentuan ini kapan saja. Kami akan memberitahu Anda tentang perubahan apa pun dengan memposting Syarat & Ketentuan baru di halaman ini. 3. コンテンツ

適用法で認められる最大限の範囲において、いかなる場合も、開発者またはその関連会社は、(i) お客様の本サービスへのアクセスもしくは利用、またはアクセスもしくは利用できないこと、(ii) 第三者サービスの障害、中断、または利用不能、(iii) 本サービス上の第三者のコンテンツまたは行為に起因する、間接的、付随的、特別、結果的、または懲罰的損害、または利益、収益、データの損失、またはその他の無形の損失について責任を負わないものとします。
9. 終了
当社は、お客様が本規約に違反した場合を含め、いかなる理由であれ、事前の通知や責任を負うことなく、直ちに本サービスへのアクセスを終了または一時停止することができます。その性質上、終了後も存続すべき本規約のすべての条項（所有権に関する条項、保証の否認、免責、責任の制限を含むがこれに限定されない）は、終了後も存続するものとします。
10. 準拠法
本規約は、法の抵触に関する規定にかかわらず、インドネシア共和国の法律に従って管理および解釈されるものとします。
11. その他
- 可分性（Severability）: 本規約のいずれかの条項が裁判所によって無効または執行不能と判断された場合でも、本規約の残りの条項は引き続き有効とします。
- 完全合意（Entire Agreement）: 本規約は、本サービスに関する当社間の完全な合意を構成し、本サービスに関して当社間にある可能性のある以前の合意に優先し、これに取って代わるものとします。
12. 本規約の変更
当社は、独自の裁量により、いつでも本規約を変更または置き換える権利を留保します。当社は、このページに新しい利用規約を投稿することにより、変更をお客様に通知します。これらの改訂が有効になった後も本サービスに引き続きアクセスまたは使用することにより、お客様は改訂された規約に拘束されることに同意するものとします。
